This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which clients may cancel or request refunds for services offered by Sunita Makadia through this website or via direct booking (including WhatsApp consultations).By booking any service, you agree to this policy.

2. Nature of Services

All services provided (including spiritual guidance, energy healing, tarot reading, meditation coaching, or personal consultations) are intangible, experience-based services. Results may vary for each individual, and no guaranteed outcomes are promised.

3. Cancellation Policy

a. Client-Initiated Cancellations

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for:

1.Full rescheduling, OR

2.Refund (after deducting payment processing charges, if any)

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session:

  1. Not eligible for refund

  2. May be rescheduled once, at the discretion of the coach

b. No-Show Policy

• If you fail to attend the session without prior notice:

  • No refund will be provided

  • Session will be considered completed

c. Late Arrival

• If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time

• No extra time or refund will be provided

4. Refund Policy

a. Eligible Refunds

Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

• Cancellation within the allowed time (24 hours prior)

• Duplicate payment or technical error

• Service not delivered due to unforeseen circumstances from our side

b. Non-Refundable Situations

No refunds will be issued for:

• Completed sessions

• Dissatisfaction based on personal expectations or outcomes

• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours)

• No-shows

c. Processing of Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

• Refunds will be credited via the original payment method

5. Rescheduling Policy

• Clients may request rescheduling at least 24 hours in advance

• Only one reschedule per booking is allowed

• New session must be scheduled within 15 days of original booking

6. Cancellation by Sunita Makadia

In rare situations where the coach needs to cancel or reschedule:

• You will be offered:

  1. A new session time, OR

  2. A full refund

7. Digital Products & Courses (if applicable)

• All digital products, recordings, or courses are non-refundable once accessed or delivered
